This note covers only the data you write in the “Ask for information” form.

Data and purpose

Name, email and message are used only to read the request and reply. They are not used for advertising and they are not sold.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: the consent you give with the checkbox, and the reply to a pre-contractual request.

Who receives them

The message is forwarded to the gallery through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). It is not passed to others for their own purposes.

Retention

For as long as needed to handle the request, then it is deleted.

Rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
